They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that returns or exchanges without a valid return authorization number may not be accepted.

Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
